The basic stages and Concepts for the Society
- The first stage 2005-2010
- The Second Stage 2010-2015
- The Soaring Birds in the Jordan Valley, bird watching and surveying and its relation with the important topic such as:- agriculture, ecotourism and environmental education activities.
- Bird migration to and from Palestine, surveying, bird watching and environmental education activities that related to them.
- Establishing Environmental Education Center- natural historic museum- Beit Sahour.
- Agriculture and environment in the lower Jordan Valley district/ Jordan Valley.
- Developing the Jericho Wildlife Monitoring Station in cooperation with the Committee for Promotion of Tourism in the Governorate of Jericho.
In a following stage "Jericho Institution for Biodiversity study" in cooperation with Al Quds University.
- Developing Wildlife Monitoring Station in Jerusalem Wilderness/ Bani Na'em in cooperation with Bani Na'em Charitable Society.
- Eco tourism development in Palestine
- Developing School clubs network for the natural conservation on the national level
- Developing the Society Sections and the employees' capacities
- The printing materials

- Environmental University Student Newsletter
- The Wildlife newsletter "Environmental magazine focused in the concepts of Society work".
* Following up and studying the Important Bird Areas (IBA's) in Palestine such as:
- Conservation of the natural forests in Palestine: suggested areas:
